1.  Post Concussion / Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Management: By utilizing a holistic approach to treating Post-Concussion Syndrome, our clients develop the skills to effectively decrease their symptoms.  Our goal and commitment to our clients is to work as a team to establish and implement a treatment plan that will give our clients back their health, strength and peace of mind to allow them to start enjoying life again.  With Concussions and mTBI injuries becoming more prevalent, Inspire Health & Performance, LLC offers the states only multisystem Concussion Rehabilitation Management program.  This science is rapidly advancing and Inspire Health & Performance continues to use best practice to stay current with the latest research when treating and working with our clients.

2.  Sports Vision & Athletic Performance Training:  Our goal is to teach our clients how to unlock their nervous system, allowing them to take their athletic performance to the next level. We want to give our clients the tools for quicker and faster performance; and teach them how to assess and reassess their workouts to get maximum results.

3.  Fall prevention education: This program encompasses a whole body approach to include training for the visual system, balance system, and movement training.  This approach allows for a total body approach to fall prevention.

4.  Athletic Training Event Services:  Inspire Health & Performance offers Certified Athletic Trainers and other Licensed Medical Professionals for Medical Standby for your Special Event. - Please contact Inspire Health & Performance directly to inquire about cost for these services.  

**At this time, we do not contract with any managed care insurance providers. However, we can accept your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for your evaluation and any follow up visits.

All clients will receive a thorough evaluation.  They will be instructed and will be able to demonstrate specific exercises / treatment strategies for them based on the clients initial evaluation.
The Regular Initial Evaluation is between 60- 90 minutes.

•The cost for the Initial Evaluation is $120

•The Post-Concussion Initial Evaluation is between 90-120 minutes

•The cost for a Post-Concussion Initial Evaluation is $180

**At this time, we do not contract with any managed care insurance providers. However, we can accept your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for your evaluation and any follow up visits.  We currently give a 16% "cash-pay" discount, when paying on the day of service.

•All client follow up visits will be based on 15 minute intervals of specified instruction as determined from their initial evaluation.

•The cost for follow up visits is $30 for the first 15 minutes, and each additional 15 minutes is $30.
